Meeting was called to order at 7:02 PM.

13 members and two visitors present.

The minutes and financials from the previous meeting were not available to be read.

There was no old business discussed.

A work day is scheduled for Saturday June 16th at 9AM at the field.

Discussion was lead by Garrett re: the upcoming Rally of Giants.

Here are a few highlights of the discussion.

Registration for the event will begin on Tuesday.

All present agreed that 7 porta potties would be enough.

Concession stand help and times for business were discussed.

Taking money at the gate on Friday night as well as Saturday.

Pilot parties(Dinners) for Friday and Saturday.

Larry is going to ask CC Adams to oversee the pilot parties.

Raffle items were discussed.

Possible flyby - Spirit of Waco is in the works.

Larry talked about the upcoming Warbird event and getting TV news coverage.

The question was asked about an associates mebership for Morton Klein by Don.

Jim Smith made the motion we give him a mebership while he is here until August.

Patrick ask for reinstatement into the club.

6 yes and 4 no votes were cast.

Larry refunded his money.

Discussion then began about changing the voting rules for membership. This discussion will continue with the board of directors.
