Meeting Minutes 12/03/2007

Meeting called to order at 1900. 

16 members were present

CC Adams presiding over mtg.  in Larry Garrett’s absence.

The minutes from last month’s meeting read and approved.   Hardage and Meadows

Treasurer report for the month and the yearend report presented by CC Adams.  This report to be sent to the city.  Approved and second by Smith and Coleman

CC Adams gave a report on the success of the TSTC air show.

All were reminded of the Christmas party on Saturday night and the Sunday fun fly.

Jim Smith’s funeral and his contribution to the club were discussed.  A spray of flowers was sent to the funeral by HOTMAC.

Nominees for officers were read to the club.

Todd Milton declined his nomination for VP.

Chuck Morrow had emailed the officers and declined his nomination for secretary.

All members were ask if someone would be willing to take the secretary position.

All positions were running unopposed and are as follows:

Board Member            Ed Coleman

Board Member            Bobby Hill

A motion was made by Ed Coleman to accept the nominations  for officers and board members and a second by Don  Meadows.

Motion to accept new officers was approved.

Phil Huffstatler volunteered to take the role of secretary.  Thanks Phil.

CC Adams reminded everyone to pay their dues asap.

The event calendar for 2008 was briefly discussed.
